Life Without the Internet

Well, I’m not completely without internet access, as you can tell by the fact that I am posting on this blog. However, I recently sold my house and moved back to the simpler life of apartment living. The unfortunate aspect is that the new internet provider/TV provider isn’t able to install until October. Yep, October. I’ve been without internet at home for a week. So my only access is via my laptop at hot spots, thus I won’t be posting anything new until October.

One thing about not having the internet at home, however, is that it gives me more time to work on The Driver’s Wife, which I have been doing. It’s just frustrating, though, that I don’t have instant access to the web when I need it for researching tidbits here and there as I write. Ah, well… Once there was no internet… Once we used typewriters…
